This Privacy Policy explains how Ylambda Tech LLC, trading as Y Lambda (San Diego, California), handles information in connection with the ylambda.com website and our consulting services. Our MultiLLM Chrome extension has its own separate policy — see the MultiLLM Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit so we can respond to your inquiry. If you email us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to include.
Billing information
If you become a client, billing and payment are handled through Stripe. We receive the invoice and payment details Stripe provides (such as your name, billing contact, and payment status). We do not collect or store your full card details — those are handled directly by Stripe.
Automatically collected information
Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not run behavioral analytics on visitors.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
- To provide, invoice, and support our services;
- To operate, secure, and improve the website;
- To comply with legal and accounting obligations.
Service providers we use
We share the minimum information necessary with the following processors so they can perform services on our behalf:
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| FormSubmit | Delivers contact-form submissions (name, email, message) to us by email. See the FormSubmit privacy policy. |
| Stripe | Processes invoices and payments for clients. See the Stripe privacy policy. |
| Vercel | Hosts the website and records standard server logs. See the Vercel privacy policy. |
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We disclose information only to the service providers listed above, to professional advisers (such as our accountant) as needed, or where required by law.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver and support our services, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop contacting you. To make a request, email contact@ylambda.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If this policy is updated, the changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
